Where It All Began
With over 40 years of combined experience in the industry our chefs have extensive training in Classical French & Cajun/Creole cuisines. The chef/owner having grown up in South Louisiana, brings his love of Creole and Cajun inspired cuisine to the Naples Florida area via Zydeco Bistro’s mobile restaurant. The food truck business was estabilished and opened in 2010. The Chefs have formal training in ServSafe® food safety, catering, cooking demonstrations and both private & public mobile restaurant services. Our unique mobile restaurant brings the culture of Louisiana which includes authentic Cajun & Creole dishes among other culinary creations now to Southwest Florida.
